Tots2Teens Consignor Agreement
 

• Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Tots2Teens Upscale ConsignmentSale and the Foster Care Support Foundation (FCSF), the insurer for the event, the site management company, or any volunteer for the damage, theft or loss of any items. We take precautions to prevent these events from occurring. 
• Consignor agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the Tots2Teens Upscale Consignment sale, whether foreseen or unforeseen, against Tots2Teens, FCSF, the insurer for the event, the management company of the site, or any volunteers.
• Consignor agrees that items without a tag will be placed in Lost and Found and will not be sold. It is the responsibility of the Consignor to look through the Lost and Found items during pick-up. Any remaining items not identified will become the property of Tots2Teens and FCSF.
• Consignors agree that any items not picked up during the designated pick-up time will become the property of Tots2Teens and FCSF.
• Seller agrees that Tot2Teens reserves the right to not accept or to remove any item from the sale due to wear, poor condition, stains or not current fashion, high lead content and/or if the item has been recalled. 
• Consignor agrees and recognizes that online Consignor inventory lists only document items entered into the online tagging system.  The online list does NOT verify that any of those items were actually brought to the sale site. Seller agrees that no claims will be made against Tot2Teens or FCSF for discrepancies involving items placed in the sale.  
• Consignor agrees to cash checks issued by Tots2Teens within 90 days of the date on the check.
• Consigor agrees not to bring any recalled items or items that do meet safety guidelines to the sale. Consignor will check www.cpsc.gov website to view recalled items.
